Do I need to prepare my website content?+
You don’t need a finished design. You do need accurate facts about your business and material you’re allowed to use. Starter uses the content you supply and does not include copywriting. Pro includes basic polishing of copy you provide. Business Site includes copywriting assistance. Professional translation is separate.
Do I pay before you start?+
Requesting a quote is free. After you accept the confirmed quote, approved projects start with a 25% deposit of that price, including approved extras. The remaining balance is due after you review and approve the website, before launch and handover. The deposit is part of the price, not an extra fee. You pay only after you accept, and tax, if any, is shown before you pay.
How long does delivery take?+
Delivery estimates are 2–3 business days for Starter, 4–6 for Pro, and 7–10 for Business Site. The clock starts only after payment, completed onboarding, the content we need, and a confirmed start date. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Who owns the finished website?+
You do. Your web address stays in your name. Once the site is paid in full, you own your website. If you want the files, we hand them over with simple instructions. If it’s hosted on your own Cloudflare account, it’s yours for good. We keep our own tools and templates.
Can I get the files or host the site on my own Cloudflare account?+
Yes. You own your website once paid in full. We hand over the files with simple instructions on what to do, and you can keep hosting it on your own Cloudflare account.
How do revisions work?+
Starter includes 1 minor text-correction round. Pro includes 1 consolidated revision round. Business Site includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Send each round together. Changes beyond that need an agreed quote. Problems in the agreed work, reported within 14 days of handover, are corrected without using a revision round.
Can you connect my web address?+
Yes. We do it with you. You stay logged in to the account that holds your web address, and we never ask for your passwords. If you don’t have one yet, we help you register it in your name.
What happens after launch?+
The site goes live on your web address, and the first year online is included. After that, an optional care plan covers keeping the site up, small edits and updates. Its price is in your quote, not on this page. Covered problems reported within 14 days of handover are still fixed.
Can I request extra features?+
Yes. Extra standard pages can be added with the request. Online stores, booking systems and other work outside the package need their own quote.
What about refunds and cancellation?+
Request cancellation by email. We provide an itemized settlement for completed work and approved, committed nonrecoverable costs, without double-counting. Any payment above that settlement is refunded. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable, and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
