LaunchPad Service Agreement

1. Scope

The package you choose and any approved extras are described in your quote. Work outside that written scope is quoted separately before it begins. Estimates of delivery time begin only after payment, completed onboarding, receipt of the content we need, and a confirmed start date.

2. Quote and payment

• Requesting a quote is free. No work starts until you accept the written quote.
• After acceptance, the deposit is 25% of the approved total unless the quote says otherwise. The deposit is credited toward the total.
• The remaining balance is due after you review and approve the website, before launch and handover. It is never charged automatically.
• Taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Payments are processed by the provider named in your quote.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, content you have the right to use, and timely feedback. You are responsible for the truth of claims you ask us to publish and for any third-party licences for images, fonts, or other material you supply.

4. Revisions

Starter includes 1 minor text-correction round. Pro includes 1 consolidated revision round. Business Site includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Send each round together. Additional changes are quoted before work begins. Problems in the agreed work reported within 14 days of handover are corrected without using a revision round.

5. Delivery and launch

We build and hand over the agreed website. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on timely content and feedback. We set up your web address with you; you stay logged in to the account that holds it, and we never ask for your passwords. The first year of hosting is included unless the quote says otherwise.

6. Ownership

Once the website is paid in full, you own the website and its custom content. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and design concepts. The web address remains in your name.

7. After launch

After the included first year, an optional care plan can cover keeping the site up, small edits, and updates. Its price is in your quote. If you do not continue, we give at least 30 days’ notice and offer a handover before the site comes down.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel by emailing hi@rivinyo.com. We provide an itemized settlement for completed work and approved, committed nonrecoverable costs, without double-counting. Any payment above that settlement is refunded; any unpaid amount is explained before collection. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

9. Liability

We will perform the work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability under a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot be waived by law.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The state and federal courts located in Delaware are the venue, except where a law that cannot be waived requires a different forum.
