Using this website

Sending a request does not form a development contract. Scope, payment, delivery, intellectual property, and support terms are agreed separately in writing in your quote and project agreement.

Requests are free

Submitting a website request is free and does not create an obligation to buy. You only pay after you accept a confirmed written quote.

Quotes

Prices shown on this site are the published starting prices for the listed fixed-scope packages in US dollars. After reviewing your request, we send a written quote confirming the scope, price, timeline, and agreement. Any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Work outside the agreed package is quoted separately before it begins.

LaunchPad payment

• After you explicitly accept the quote and agreement, the deposit is 25% of the approved project total, unless your agreement states otherwise.
• The deposit is credited toward the total. It is not an additional fee.
• The remaining 75% is due after you review and approve the website, at the agreed final payment milestone, before launch and handover.
• The remaining balance is never charged automatically. A quote can require a larger deposit or full payment where the scope requires it.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days for Starter, 4–6 business days for Pro, and 7–10 business days for Business Site. The clock starts only after payment, completed onboarding, the content we need, and a confirmed start date. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Revisions

Starter includes 1 minor text-correction round. Pro includes 1 consolidated revision round. Business Site includes 2 consolidated revision rounds. Send each round together. Changes beyond the included rounds are quoted before work begins. Problems in the agreed work, reported within 14 days of handover, are corrected without using a revision round.

Ownership, domain and hosting

Once the website is paid in full, you own the website. Your web address is registered in your name and stays in your name. We connect it with you and never ask for your passwords. If you want the files, we hand them over with simple instructions. We keep our own tools and templates. The first year online is included; after that, an optional care plan is priced in your quote.

Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation by emailing hi@rivinyo.com. We provide an itemized settlement for completed work and approved, committed nonrecoverable costs, without double-counting. Any payment above that settlement is refunded; any unpaid amount is explained before collection. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Design inspiration

Choosing a studio concept as inspiration guides the visual direction of your site. It does not mean an exact reproduction is included in every package. The concepts remain the studio’s original work, and the fictional businesses shown in them are not clients.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful material, other people’s confidential information, or automated high-volume requests. We may limit or suspend requests to protect service capacity.

Governing law

The website terms and the LaunchPad Service Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. The state and federal courts located in Delaware are the venue, except where a law that cannot be waived requires a different forum. These terms do not require arbitration.
